About me

Ho vissuto e lavorato in diversi Paesi e sono affascinato da come le persone pensano, vivono e risolvono problemi in contesti differenti. Sono estroverso, empatico, e spesso quello che fa troppe volte la domanda “perché?”. La curiosità mi guida, ma è la connessione che mi tiene davvero coinvolto.

Esperienza professionale

Quasi 15 anni di esperienza in branding, UX/UI e web design, collaborando con agenzie, team interni e come designer freelance. Ho guidato progetti per startup e brand globali, offrendo soluzioni di design che uniscono creatività e visione strategica.

Expertise

Mi muovo con fluidità tra strategia e design: do forma ai concetti, guido la direzione creativa o affino i dettagli finali. Il mio lavoro unisce pensiero sistemico, UX/UI e chiarezza di brand, sempre con un occhio all’impatto reale. Che sia come designer, lead o partner strategico, mi adatto alla natura di ogni sfida.

Over the past years I’ve taken on creative and product leadership roles, guiding multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects end-to-end. My approach combines strategic vision, mentoring, and a strong focus on execution.

1 Product Experience

I have taken on leadership responsibilities in several contexts, from coordinating the redesign and rollout at Virgin Media to facilitating workshops and alignment during brand and product launches. In each case my role extended beyond design into planning, facilitation, and ensuring delivery across teams.

2 Brand Direction

Both at CI&T and Studio Miele I have managed or been involved in branding projects end-to-end, covering strategy, planning, and delivery. Examples are featured in AXT, Wiredmark and Metis in which I acted as a creative and organisational lead, aligning stakeholders and keeping teams focused on outcomes while balancing tight timelines.

3 Agile Facilitation

The Dods platform was a key example of complex facilitation, where I helped organising sprints, tasks and coordinated work with the Colombian development and QA team. Alongside this, my freelance practice has consistently required me to manage scope, timelines, and distributed contributors, ensuring projects moved forward smoothly and efficiently.
